Exhibit Details

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and may be purchased at the time of registration.

Exhibit Display Guidelines

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Conduct

Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.
Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to adhere to the WSCA Conference Code of Conduct.

Exhibit Tear-Down

Saturday, October 3
You are welcome to break down your exhibit during the closing plenary session, or you can stay set up until after attendees leave for lunch. After 1pm, attendees will break into their in-depth sessions which are scheduled until 4pm. You are welcome to stay during this time, but traffic will be limited.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION

We are expecting 150 counselors to attend. Please plan your materials accordingly.
