Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and may be purchased at the time of registration.

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.

Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.

Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to adhere to the WSCA Conference Code of Conduct.

If you need to ship your display or materials, packages are accepted by the hotel beginning September 29, 2026. The fee is $10 per parcel or $300 per crate. This fee must be paid directly to the hotel using the form linked below. Please follow the instructions in the form carefully.
